Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
International Shipping We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at wodivore@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
